Did you check out Chef Tore on Fox 4 in the Morning last week? They called and requested summer recipes that don’t require cooking.

Do they know who they’re asking?! We have a giant wood fired oven! Oh well... Chef Tore is a master at coming up with great ideas regardless of the situation (I want to see him go on a show like Extreme Chef, were they have to cook in crazy locations like the beach or jungle or something). One of my FAVORITE appetizers on our catering menu is Sweet Proscuitto Bites. Such a great item to pass around and so easy to make and get little fingers involved (gotta keep the kiddos happy!!!).   Check out the recipe below and, of course, the link to the video. http://www.myfoxdfw.com/dpp/good_day/recipes/072511-Caprese-Salad%2C-Prosciutto-Bites
